Mary is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Health Decisions Inc, a clinical research organization that specializes in women’s health and diagnostics.  Gunn is a scientist executive with 25 years of experience including as COO and MD of private and public biotechnology, medical technology, and CRO companies, operationally overseeing up to 38 countries, 4200 employees in pharmaceuticals (Pfizer), biotechnology (Crucell), medical devices/diagnostics (Becton Dickinson), and Clinical Research Organizations (ICON Plc.  Gunn has more than 20 years of governance experience as a board member for mission driven corporations, during which she provided fiduciary oversight, identified areas of strategic growth (including organic international expansion, licensing agreements, biologics co-development with pharma strategic partners, global M&A), supported fundraising, ensured compliance, hired/evaluated members of the executive team.
